Welcome to Polymosa ("Polymosa", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship based in California. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of polymosa.com and our prompt-to-3D model generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Polymosa turns text prompts and images into 3D models. Generation runs on third-party GPU infrastructure. Output quality, speed, and availability are provided on a best-effort basis and may change.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.
The Service runs on prepaid credits. Credit packs are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card details. Credits are consumed when you generate or upgrade a model, are non-transferable, and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices and credit costs may change prospectively. Optional auto-refill, if you enable it, charges your saved card when your balance falls below your chosen threshold.
You retain rights to the prompts and images you submit ("Inputs"). Subject to these Terms and your payment, you own the 3D models you generate ("Outputs") and may use them commercially. Our generation backbone is the MIT-licensed TRELLIS model, chosen so commercial use is clean. You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring your Outputs do not infringe others' rights or violate law. We claim no ownership of your Outputs but may retain copies as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, deceptive, or that violates others' intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
3D generation is probabilistic. Outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpectedly similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before use. A real-time 3D model is not a substitute for professional modeling where exactness is required.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Unused credits may be refundable per the Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymosa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
