Polymosa sells prepaid credits used to generate 3D models. This policy explains when refunds apply.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits for it are automatically returned to your balance — you are never charged for a model we could not deliver.
You may request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, for the unused portion, provided fewer than 10% of the pack's credits have been consumed. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Because each generation incurs real compute cost the moment it runs, credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable. Generation is probabilistic; an Output you simply don't like is not by itself grounds for a refund of consumed credits.
Auto-refill top-ups follow the same rules as packs (unused portion, 14 days). You can turn auto-refill off anytime in your account.
