Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and governs what you may and may not do with Polymosa.

Do not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights — including copyrighted characters, branded products, or real identifiable people without rights or consent.
• Is sexual content involving minors, or sexualizes real identifiable people without consent.
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups.
• Is deceptive or fraudulent, or impersonates others.
• Contains malware, or is used to attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or anyone else.
• Depicts weapons or dangerous goods intended to cause real-world harm.

Conduct

Do not bypass usage limits, credits, billing, or security controls; do not scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or API beyond your plan; do not create accounts to farm free credits or otherwise game the system.

Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Report violations to support@polymosa.com.
