This Privacy Policy explains what Polymosa collects and how we use it when you use polymosa.com.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email and, if you set one, a password (stored hashed).
• Content — the prompts and images you submit and the 3D models you generate.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the last digits/brand of your card for reference; we never store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic logs (generation counts, timestamps, errors) to run and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (generate, store, and deliver your models), process payments and credits, support you, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we share with

• Stripe — payments.
• fal.ai — runs the 3D generation on your Inputs.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores and serves your generated model files.
• Email provider — sends/receives account and support email.
• Hosting — our application host (Render) and managed database.

These providers process data only to perform services for us.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep account and model data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You can delete individual models in the app.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and account deletion. Email support@polymosa.com and we'll honor valid requests.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped credentials). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
