Copyright & DMCA Policy

Polymosa respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on polymosa.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@polymosa.com (subject line "DMCA") including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) to locate it.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

3. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

4. Generated content

Models are generated from your prompts and images. You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs and Outputs do not infringe others' rights — see our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
